Behind Studio Fourteen you'll find Jonas Friismose who is passionate Agile practitioner and OKR trainer. Jonas holds many years of commercial experience with the tour operating industry. As a part of his career he was the leader of a national sales office with more than 30 employees. Together this team lifted the company to become a dominant player in a highly competitive industry

With an educational background within IT and Psychology Jonas focus changed into the strategic and technological part of the company. Being certified within Scrum, Agile Leadership, SAFe and OKRs Jonas acted as a servant leader across the company as an Enterprise Coach and Agile Programme Manager. Driving transformations and helping companies in amplifying their talent is his real passion.
